Multidisciplinary Professional Training Academy established in 2005 was started with an aim to develop various Vocational Courses for students of any discipline which would increase the employability of such students. Wholetime Director, an Engineer by profession and a pass out of Government College of Engineering, started his career with Forbes Marshall in 1991. He started with MPTA with a modest beginning for providing Training in Industrial Automation. His business acumen has lead MPTA from a mere 24 Lacs in 2004 to presently a revenue of more than 12 Crores in 2008. His firm belief that a vocational course adds immense value to a student's profile and employability has led to various innovations and process improvements in deliverables. He has been instrumental in bringing all types of vocational training under a single roof - MPTA.

Director, a Mechanical Engineer by profession and a pass of Government Polytechnic College, Pune started his career in 1988 with Bajaj Tempo Ltd. which is now known as Force Motors. After being in service for almost 16 years he joined hands with Mr.Sadanand Deshpande in 2005 to scale MPTA to bigger heights. His marketing and Business Development skills are an asset to MPTA and is presently working as the Marketing Advisor to all ventures of MPTA.

Director, an Electronics Engineer and Post Graduate in HR started his career in 1994 with Aditya Birla Group of Industries. After being in Service for almost 15 years, he is presently focusing on deliverables and improvement of processes and overseeing all HR related activities.

Director, an Electronics Engineer by profession started his career with MPTA in 2005 to induct and run successfully the Advanced Course in Application Engineering Course. He is presently looking after the execution of this Course in various companies.

Advanced certificate course in Application Engineering is a novel curriculum designed by MPTA and affiliated by TMU. This course has inbuilt on job training facility in industry up to 3 years where the students take hands on feel of industry and they are paid stipend to take care of their livelihood

The course offers excellent job opportunities in all types of Manufacturing Companies (big and small scale) as a first line Operator or 1st line Supervisor/ Line Leader. There are more than 15 full time/ part time faculties with rich Industrial Experience.

The Labs are equipped with state of the art Simulation Kits, Sensors, PLCs and other instruments in a space of more than 2000 sqft. The training is conducted by Industry experienced Professionals.

Certified Automation Engineers’ Course offers excellent job opportunities in various Manufacturing and Process Industries as an Instrumentation/ Maintenance Engineer. The Automation Engineer is the focal point of troubleshooting who identifies faults in either the process/ mechanical/ electrical or Instrumentation. He is generally the most respected and valued Maintenance Engineer in any Industry.
